Dear Friends--We are committed to providing you expert, timely care. We have hundreds of messages to answer every day. Please keep your portal messages as short and succinct, numbering multiple questions . Use the portal for appointment requests, prescription refills, treatment clarification and updates between appointments. If your question requires medical expertise involving a medication/treatment change, new symptoms, evaluating tests or labs ordered by an outside provider, or more than a brief response, you will be asked to make an appointment. Please do not send multiple messages as this slows down our ability to respond to everyone and when you send a new message, it bumps all your messages to the end of the queue and will then take us longer to get to your message. **Please note that patient portal messages and phone calls will be answered Tuesday through Thursday. If you have an urgent need, please call the office number at 980-339-5155** If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

PLEASE NOTE: Follow up appointments with Dr. Brian Jerby are $249 for up to 30 minutes and with Susan Jerby NP are $199 for up to 30 minutes.  Any visits LONGER THAN 30 minutes will be prorated at this rate.

Beginning 1/1/2025, Dr. Jerby will be out-of-network for all colonscopies, surgical procedures and anorectal visits (CCRS PATIENTS).
