Dear Friends--We are committed to providing your expert, timely care. We have hundreds of messages to answer every day. Please keep your portal messages as short and succinct as possible, numbering multiple questions . Please use the portal for appointment requests, prescription refills, treatment clarification and updates between appointments. If your question requires medical expertise involving a medication/treatment change, new symptoms, evaluating tests or labs ordered by an outside provider, or more than a brief response, you will be asked to make an appointment. Please do not send multiple messages as this slows down our ability to respond to everyone. 

***PDF DOCUMENTS ONLY If you upload any tests or labs for us to review, please label with the test/lab name and date it was done (ie. CBC 9/1/23, or CT abdomen 6/3/22). Please do not just add as "lab results."

Please update your insurance, medications, allergies and personal demographics if you have any changes.

**Please note that patient portal messages and phone calls will be answered Monday through Thursday. We are out of the office most Fridays. If you have an urgent need, please call the office number at 980-339-5155** If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

**4/26/22 LEGACY HEALTH PATIENTS.We regret that your functional medicine office visits/telehealth visits can no longer be submitted to your insurance company, and we will no longer issue superbills. See our website for our financial policy and the reasons we have opted out of insurance.
CCRS PATIENTS: COLONOSCOPIES AND PROCEDURES WILL STILL BE COVERED BY INSURANCE as long as we are in your network
